Hi, I’m Shannon Silva, the Founder and Director of Movie Bites Learning.

I provide parents with easy and fun film-related activities and resources that children love – all in the spirit of exploration, storytelling growth, and play. In addition to creating content for this website, I’m a filmmaker, educator (teaching elementary to university age students), and mom.

Through Movie Bites classes, clubs and summer camps, I provide a space for young movie lovers to socialize with like-spirited friends, bring their ideas and imaginations to life, and play(!) while also learning about the jobs and people behind the magic of filmmaking.
